normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招標項目生物城人才公寓二期項目總平工程施工 / 標段已由成都市雙流區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局以川投資備【2018-510122-47-03-244693】FGQB-0061號批準建設(shè)，項目業(yè)主為成都生物城建設(shè) ，建設(shè)資金來自國家投資-非政府投資，項目出資比例為100%， 項目已具備招標條件，現(xiàn)進行公開招標。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.2本招標項目由成都市雙流區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局核準（招標事項核準文號為川投資備【2018-510122-47-03-244693】FGQB-0061號）的招標組織形式為委托招標。招標人選擇的招標代理機構(gòu)是四川建科工程建設(shè)管理 。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.1須具有獨立法人資格

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.2須具有 國家建設(shè)行政主管部門頒發(fā)的建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.3信譽要求：不存在投標人須知第1.4.3項規(guī)定的限制投標的情形；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.4企業(yè)注冊地不在四川省行政區(qū)域內(nèi)的省外企業(yè)須提供在有效期內(nèi)的四川省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳官網(wǎng)已公開的入川信息網(wǎng)頁截圖（如投標人為聯(lián)合體，則聯(lián)合體所有成員均應(yīng)具有）。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt; line-height:150%'>3.1.5所有投標人應(yīng)具有針對本標段的《成都市建設(shè)領(lǐng)域市場主體信用記錄（評價）網(wǎng)絡(luò)登記表》、《成都市建設(shè)領(lǐng)域從業(yè)人員信用記錄（評價）網(wǎng)絡(luò)登記表》。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>近年（2020年01月01日至投標截止時間，不少于3年）已完成的項目共不少于1個類似工程業(yè)績。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>類似工程業(yè)績是指:單項合同金額為3000萬元及以上的總平或景觀綠化類施工業(yè)績

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.2本次招標不接受聯(lián)合體投標。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.3 各投標人均可就上述1個標段投標，可中標的標段數(shù)量為1個。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.4入圍條件：房建施工投標人開標當日在“成都市建筑市場信用信息管理系統(tǒng)”中被列入市場禁入名單的（聯(lián)合體投標的，組成聯(lián)合體各投標人任意一家被列入市場禁入名單的），在交易云平臺勾選主體信用評價的專業(yè)類別與其投標使用的資質(zhì)類別不一致的，一律不能成為合格投標人。
