'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 32px;line-height: 15.96px;background: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">①.具有獨立承擔民事責任的能力：提供法人或其他組織的營業執照等證明文件，或自然人身份證明；

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 32px;line-height: 15.96px;background: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">②.具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度：

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 32px;line-height: 15.96px;background: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">具體要求：供應商是法人的，提供 2020 年或 2021 年度經審計的財務報告或 2022 年任意連續三個月的財務報表或提供基本開戶（或存款賬戶）銀行出具的資信證明；部分其他組織和自然人參與投標沒有經審計的財務報告可以提供銀行出具的資信證明；

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 32px;line-height: 15.96px;background: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">具體要求：提供 2022 年 01 月起至今任意連續三個月依法繳納稅收和社會保險的有效證明材料（成立未滿三個月的投標供應商提供自成立以來依法繳納稅收和社會保險的有效證明材料），依法不繳納社保及免稅的投標供應商提供由社保部門及稅務機關出具的有效證明材料（復印件或掃描件加蓋投標供應商公章）（不需繳納稅收的應提供相關證明材料）；

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 32px;line-height: 15.96px;background: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">（1）供應商須承諾：在“信用中國”網站 、中國 等渠道查詢中未被列入失信被執行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單中，如被列入失信被執行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單中的供應商取消其投標資格，并承擔由此造成的一切法律責任及后果。（格式文件詳見相關文件范本）；
