二、申請人的資格要求：

1、符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；

供應(yīng)商符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定，并提供下列材料：①提供法人或其他組織的營業(yè)執(zhí)照等證明文件；②具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度：供應(yīng)商應(yīng)提供2020年度經(jīng)審計(jì)的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告或基本

2、落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：政府采購項(xiàng)目需要落實(shí)（履行）的政府采購政策詳見《招標(biāo)文件》。

3、本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：供應(yīng)商具備建設(shè)行政主管部門核發(fā)的水利水電工程或市政公用工程施工總承包叁級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證。擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須注冊在本單位，且具備水利水電工程或市政公用工程專業(yè)貳級(jí)及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書（B證），且未擔(dān)任其他在建項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人具備中級(jí)及以上職稱。主要管理人員：施工員1 人、質(zhì)量員 1 人、安全員 1 人、材料員 1 人、資料員 1 人。
