二、申請人的資格要求：

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1投標申請人必須具備獨立法人資格，須具有建設行政主管部門頒發的建設行政主管部門核發的通信工程施工總承包叁級（含）以上資質或具備電子與智能化工程專業承包貳級（含）以上資質，并在設備、資金、人員組織等方面具有相應的施工能力；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.2近三年（2018年、2019年、2020年）財務狀況良好，具有會計師事務所審計的財務審計報告。（成立年限不足三年的提供成立之日起到2020年度的審計報告即可；2020年成立至2021年1月1日不足1年或2021年成立的公司提供加蓋公章的財務報表即可。）；

3.4委托代理人為本單位在職員工，需提供近半年（2021年6月1日至2021年11月30日）任意一個月的社保證明；
