\n\n

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>1.必須具有合法有效的營業執照、稅務登記證、組織機構代碼證（或三證合一的營業執照）；

\n\n

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>2.法定代表人參加投標的必須有法定代表人身份證，法人授權委托人參加投標的必須有法人授權委托書及被授權委托人身份證；

\n\n

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>3.具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度（自行承諾）；

\n\n

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>4.具有履行合同所必須的設備和專業技術能力（自行承諾）；

5. 具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄：提供相關證明材料或自行承諾；

\n\n

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>6.\n誠信資格要求：①對列入失信懲戒對象名單的供應商，拒絕其參與投標，提供購買標書當日至開標前一天任一時間，在“信用中國”網站查詢下載的信用信息報告；（以上查詢日期必須為頁面自動生成日期）
