normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目天廈同心景苑安置房項(xiàng)目施工總承包招標(biāo)(項(xiàng)目名稱)已由 畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局 以 七星發(fā)改審批【2020】122號(hào)文件 批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)，招標(biāo)人(項(xiàng)目業(yè)主)為畢節(jié)市天廈房地產(chǎn)開發(fā) ，建設(shè)資金來源自籌。項(xiàng)目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的施工總承包 進(jìn)行公開招標(biāo)。

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>2.4招標(biāo)范圍：招標(biāo)人提供的施工圖及工程量清單所示全部內(nèi)容(含土建及安裝工程、景觀綠化工程、場平土石方工程、邊坡支護(hù)工程、室內(nèi)外所有附屬設(shè)施及配套工程等，電梯、強(qiáng)電、三網(wǎng)合一、燃?xì)獬狻?spanlang=EN-US> )

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>2.7標(biāo)段劃分：全部工程設(shè)為一個(gè)標(biāo)段。

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>3.1本次招標(biāo)要求投標(biāo)人須具備建設(shè)行政主管部門核發(fā)的建筑工程施工總承包貳級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)，并在人員、設(shè)備、資金等方面具有相應(yīng)的施工能力，其中，投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須具備建筑工程專業(yè)壹級(jí)及以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。
