normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>   本招標項目2021年赫章縣德卓鎮爐元村高標準農田建設項目（項目名稱）已由赫章縣農業農村局（項目審批、核準或備案機關名稱）以赫農復【2021】59號 (批文名稱及編號)批準建設，建設資金來自中央資金（資金來源），項目出資比例為100% ， 項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目施工進行公開招標。

2.1建設

2.3項目總投資：953.40萬元；

2.4招標范圍：土地平整工程、灌溉與排水工程、田間道路工程以及本項目招標文件、工程量清單、圖紙等所示全部內容（清單與圖紙不一致的以工程量清單為準）。

2.5計劃工期：6個月；

2.6工程質量要求：符合國家現行有關施工質量驗收規范標準；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1本次招標要求投標人須具備建設行政主管部門核發的水利水電工程施工總承包叁級及以上資質，并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有承擔本標段施工的能力。其中，投標人擬派項目經理須具備水利水電工程專業二級及以上注冊建造師資格要求，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證，且未擔任其它在建建設工程的項目經理。
