normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>招標范圍：本招標項目檢測服務包括主體結構檢測、樁基檢測、材料檢測、主體沉降觀測、節能檢測、建筑物附屬設備安裝工程檢測、室內環境檢測、綠色建筑檢測等服務（具體以招標人提供的圖紙、答疑紀要及最后發出的澄清或修改為準，并符合國家現行工程質量檢測相應標準）。

3. 投標人資格要求

3.1 本次招標要求投標人:

(1) 取得省級及以上行政審批部門頒發的相應建設工程質量檢測資質證書，本設置次招標要求資質證書具有：☑ 見證取樣檢測  ☑ 地基基礎工程檢測  ☑ 主體結構工程現場檢測☑ 室內環境檢測  ☑ 建筑物附屬設備安裝工程檢測 等資質范圍（招標人根據項目所需檢測情況資質范圍）；

(2) 具備省級及以上質量技術監督部門或市場監督管理部門頒發的檢驗檢測機構資質認定證書，資質認定證書附表內容須滿足招標范圍的要求；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.2 業績要求：□無要求  √有要求，要求  2019  年（應填寫年份）以來承接過類似工程業績，類似工程指：完成過單個合同金額100萬元及以上的房屋建筑工程類檢測項目。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.4 本次招標  不接受  聯合體投標。聯合體投標的，應滿足下列要求：    /   。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.5根據最高人民法院等9部門《關于在招標投標活動中對失信被執行人實施聯合懲戒的通知》（法〔2016〕285號）規定，投標人不得為失信被執行人（以評標階段通過“信用中國”網站（ ）查詢的結果為準）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>根據《廣西壯族自治區建筑市場主體“黑名單”管理辦法（試行）》（桂建發【2018】5號）規定，投標人不得為建筑市場主體“黑名單”（以評標階段通過建筑市場監管與誠信信息一體化平臺查詢的結果為準）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.6.2 在項目所在地沒有設立異地試驗室的，可與本地滿足條件的試驗室所屬的檢測機構組成聯合體投標；也可獨立參與投標，但需在投標文件中承諾，一旦中標，見證取樣檢測內容必須分包給當地滿足條件的試驗室進行檢測，中標人承擔由此帶來的全部風險。
