（'Times New Roman','serif';color:black\">3）具有履行合同所必須的設(shè)備和專業(yè)技術(shù)能力：提供具備履行合同所必需的設(shè)備和專業(yè)技術(shù)能力的證明材料或承諾書原件（格式自行擬定）。

（'Times New Roman','serif';color:black\">4）具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄：提供'Times New Roman','serif';color:black\">2021年'Times New Roman','serif';color:black\">1月后任意一個月繳納稅收和社會保障資金的有效證明材料（依法免稅的供應(yīng)商須提供相應(yīng)證明文件）（復(fù)印件或掃描件加蓋投標(biāo)供應(yīng)商公章）
