二、申請人的資格要求

A.有合法有效的工商營業執照、稅務登記證、組織機構代碼證或“多證合一”的營業執照原件；

B.具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度；（自行承諾）

F.參加本次投標活動前三年內，在經營活動中沒有重大違法記錄（重大違法記錄是指投標人因違法經營受到刑事處罰或者責令停產停業、吊銷許可證或者執照、因自身引起的訴訟案件、較大數額罰款等行政處罰）的書面聲明；

G法定代表人為操作員的應上傳法定代表人身份證明掃描件、法定代表人身份證掃描件，委托代理人為操作員的應上傳法定代表人授權委托書掃描件及被授權委托人身份證掃描件。

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%'>投標保證金: 投標人必須在投標文件遞交截止時間前從其基本賬戶向畢節市 一次性交納投標保證金貳萬元整人民幣（以到賬時間為準，由于跨行轉賬需一定時間，為確保保證金按時到賬，請盡早交納保證金）。保證金交納方式：基本賬戶出具，以銀行轉賬、支票、匯票、本票或者金融機構、擔保機構出具的保函等非現金形式提交（詳細按照畢節市 規定執行）。
